$3,399.00

Upgrade the valvetrain in your 2019–2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins with the Hamilton Cams Flat Tappet Conversion Kit. This complete kit replaces the factory hydraulic roller lifters and camshaft with a durable flat-tappet valvetrain designed for improved reliability, consistent valve timing, and dependable long-term performance.

The included 178/208 forged steel camshaft is paired with DLC-coated steel tappets, heavy-duty pushrods, and adjustable rocker arms with DLC-coated trunnions. The upgraded pushrods help reduce deflection under high cylinder pressure, while the DLC-coated components reduce friction and wear throughout the valvetrain.

Designed for stock and mild-performance trucks, this conversion can be installed without additional engine modifications. It is intended for applications using factory valve springs and operating below 4,000 RPM.
